Our products are painted using a modern electrostatic method that ensures a smooth and even surface. It involves coating the metal surface with electrically charged powder paint particles. The applied paint adheres to the surface thanks to electrostatic forces. Next, the lacquered pieces are heated to very high temperatures, causing the powder to melt and polymerize. The resulting electrostatic coating is resistant to corrosion, high temperatures, UV rays and mechanical damage. Powder coating is a more environmentally friendly method than traditional wet painting, because the paints used are completely safe for the environment and no harmful solvents are used in the process itself.
