Did you not like the good you received? No problem – you have 30 days to return the goods without giving a reason! To do this, fill in the form below.

Money will be returned to the same payment method (credit card, bank account) that you initially used to make the payment. If you pay cash on delivery, we will ask you for your account number. You will receive the transfer within 14 days.

Before sending the good, make sure it is well protected. It would be best to put it in the original packaging or box in which it was delivered.

Personalized orders are not returnable.The Buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.
