Did you receive an incomplete order or do you believe the product you received is defective? As part of a complaint you can exchange, repair, or return products. We will review the submission within 14 days, after which we will inform you of the outcome of the complaint procedure by e-mail or phone. To submit a product for a complaint, send the request to our e-mail address.

We recommend that you inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier. A broken or damaged package may indicate that the product was damaged in transit, not due to the manufacturer’s fault.
