All customers are entitled to a 14-day right to return ordered products without giving a reason.

The returned item should be packed in the packaging in which it was delivered. It may also be another packaging that meets the courier’s requirements: a rectangular-shaped parcel (height, width, depth), corners and all sides properly secured with cardboard packaging.

Non-returnable are all products made to individual order (custom text, project adaptation, changes in dimensions).

We draw attention to the necessity of inspecting the shipment in the presence of the courier. An intact package and no dents in the cardboard are necessary conditions for any claim regarding a product defect caused by the manufacturer.
